Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days (subject to availability) and are delivered by courier
on a next day service or by Royal Mail for small quantities.

If products are out of stock you will receive an email with a delivery date, some of our fabrics come direct
from mills throughout Europe so on occasion if out of stock can take up to 4 weeks to come into us.

Delivery costs for UK mainland destinations are as follows:

Fabric Delivery Cost
1.5m and below £2.99 (Royal Mail)
2m - 3.5m £5.99
4m and above £8.99

For tracks, poles, tiebacks, cushions and all other accessories or if mixing products the cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery costs to the Republic of Ireland / Northern Ireland / Highlands / Channel Islands and other offshore islands:

3.5m and below £8.50 (Royal Mail)
4m and above £15.00

For Scotland Deliveries:

Fabric Delivery Cost
3.5m and below £6.99 (Royal Mail)
4m and above £9.50

For any European or worldwide destinations there is a fixed cost which will be calculated at checkout dependent on destination.

Any made to measure products or furniture being delivered will have courier costs included in the quote.

Delivery is free of charge to all UK mainland destinations on all product orders over £250.
