Where known, rub test results are shown. A rub test result of <15,000 indicates suitability for light upholstery only (occasional chairs, bedroom furniture). A rub test of >15,000 indicates suitability for heavier use such as sofas and armchairs. Where no rub test is specified please call the Enquiry Line for advice. Fabric Care Guide/Cleaning To be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. We strongly advise that professional advice is taken when cleaning. Dry cleaning is recommended for all our curtain and upholstery fabrics unless specified otherwise. We stock a few machine washable fabrics and these will be indicated as such on the labelling. Mail Order After requesting samples and deciding to make a purchase, please call the Enquiry Line to discuss your requirements. We strongly advise you to obtain samples of your chosen fabric prior to making a purchase in order to avoid the disappointment of colour variation. Whilst every care is taken to represent colours accurately, the huge variation in monitors and screen settings means we cannot guarantee exact colour matching. Your order will be taken and if the fabric is in stock, will be despatched the next working day. Orders from hangers are subject to various timescales. Please call the Enquiry Line prior to the point of purchase for clarification of an estimated delivery date if timing is very important to you. Payment Fabric Purchases - Full payment is required at the time of purchase if the fabric is in stock. A 50% deposit will be required to secure an order of any fabrics from hangers or other special orders. Curtain Make up - These must be paid for and collected within 30 days of notification of completion. If the goods are not collected within this time a charge of 5% per month of the invoice amount will be applied. Delivery Fabric orders are normally delivered by courier on a 48hr (2 working days) basis. A flat rate of £8.50 applies to all UK mainland deliveries. For delivery charges to all other destinations please contact the Enquiry Line for a quote prior to placing your order. Small amounts (less than 3m) can be sent by mail, but are not insured or traceable. Curtains will not normally be sent by courier or mail and must be collected by the customer. However if this is inconvenient courier delivery can be arranged at a cost (please call the Enquiry Line if you need this service). Returns To be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
