Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to:

  • The United Kingdom
  • European Union member states
  • Norway
  • Switzerland
  • The United States

Delivery options are limited to these destinations at checkout.

Prices are determined by the delivery country selected at checkout.


Dispatch Times

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed at weekends or during promotional periods may take slightly longer.

Made-to-measure items are produced to order (see lead times below).

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the goods.


UK Delivery

Free Delivery Thresholds

Free UK mainland delivery applies as follows:

  • Orders over £75 – Most standard products
  • Orders over £150 – Tracks, poles, and made-to-measure curtains, blinds and cushions

Orders below these thresholds will incur a delivery charge.

Delivery costs are incorporated into the final checkout total based on product type, size and destination.


Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote UK areas may incur higher charges. These are reflected in the checkout total.

Certain postcodes are classified as remote by our couriers.


Furniture, Headboards, Tracks & Poles

Furniture, headboards, tracks and poles are UK delivery only.

Shipping costs are incorporated into the checkout total based on item size and delivery location.


EU Delivery (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP)

We ship to European Union member states, Norway and Switzerland on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

This means:

  • UK VAT is removed where applicable.
  • Import duties and local taxes are included within the total price you pay.
  • No additional customs charges should be payable upon delivery.

Delivery costs are incorporated into the final checkout total based on destination, parcel size and weight.

Please note:

  • Parcels are subject to courier size restrictions. Some fabrics may be folded to comply with shipping limits.
  • Customs processing times are outside our control and may occasionally cause delays.


United States Delivery

We ship to the United States.

  • UK VAT is removed where applicable.
  • Import duties and local taxes are not included.
  • Any customs charges are payable by the recipient upon arrival.

You may be contacted by the courier or customs authority to arrange payment before delivery.

Delivery costs are incorporated into the final checkout total based on parcel size and weight.


International Shipping – Delivery Cost Adjustment

For international orders (including EU, Norway, Switzerland and the United States), delivery charges are based on estimated parcel size and weight.

In some cases — particularly with multiple rolls, heavy fabrics such as velvet or PVC, oversized parcels, or remote delivery locations — the actual shipping cost may exceed the estimate.

Where this occurs and before dispatch:

  • We will contact you to confirm the revised delivery cost.
  • You will have the option to proceed at the revised cost or cancel your order for a full refund.
  • No additional charges will be applied without your agreement.


Lead Times – Made to Measure

Made-to-measure items are produced to order.

Estimated production times:

  • Curtains: 4–6 weeks
  • Roman blinds: 4–6 weeks
  • Roller blinds: 4–6 weeks
  • Cushions: 4–6 weeks

Production times may vary slightly during busy periods.


Fabric Stock Availability

We hold substantial stock in our warehouse.

If a fabric is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated delivery date after your order is placed.

Some fabrics are supplied directly from European mills and may take 4–6 weeks to arrive if awaiting replenishment.

Stock levels are displayed on each product page.


Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Tracking may not activate immediately until the parcel reaches its first scan point.


Click & Collect

Collection is available from our Cotswold showrooms.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
