Where We Deliver

Orders placed through our website are currently delivered to UK addresses only.


Dispatch Times

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays or promotional periods may take slightly longer to process.

Made-to-measure items are produced to order (see lead times below).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details.

Where an order contains items with different lead times, the order will normally be dispatched once all items are ready.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and type of items ordered.

For most fabric orders:

  • £4.99 – Small orders (up to 4 metres) sent folded
  • £9.99 – Larger orders (5 metres or more) sent on a roll

Velvet and PVC fabrics are always shipped on a roll to prevent creasing and therefore fall into the £9.99 delivery category.

Delivery costs for other products (such as made-to-measure items, poles, tracks or furniture) are calculated automatically at checkout.

Free UK mainland delivery applies as follows:

  • Orders over £75 – Most standard products
  • Orders over £150 – Tracks, poles and made-to-measure curtains, blinds and cushions

Delivery charges are based on the largest item in your order.

Final delivery costs are always confirmed during checkout before payment is taken.

 

Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas

Delivery to certain areas of the UK may incur higher delivery charges due to courier surcharges.

These charges are determined by our courier partners and will be reflected during checkout where applicable. Postcodes commonly classified by courier delivery networks as Highlands, Islands or remote areas include:

These classifications are determined by courier delivery networks and may differ from standard geographic definitions of the Highlands or Islands.

 

Click & Collect

If you have selected to collect your order from one of our Cotswold showrooms, you will receive a call from them once the order has arrived at the showroom. As our Cheltenham showroom is located at the same site as our warehouse, the order will usually be ready very quickly. Our Burford showroom receives deliveries 3 times a week from our main central warehouse so may take longer.

 

Made-to-Measure Lead Times

Made-to-measure items are produced to order.

Estimated production times are:

  • Curtains – 4–6 weeks
  • Roman blinds – 4–6 weeks
  • Roller blinds – 4–6 weeks
  • Cushions – 4–6 weeks

Production times may vary during busy periods.

You will receive dispatch confirmation once your order has been completed and shipped.

 

Fabric Samples

Fabric samples are available for UK delivery only.

Samples are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and are sent via Royal Mail.

Some samples are dispatched directly from specialist suppliers, so they may arrive in separate envelopes and occasionally on different days.

If your samples do not arrive together, please don’t worry — the remaining samples should follow shortly.

Please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch for samples to arrive.
