Assistant Showroom Manager - Cheltenham
Job Summary:
To support and assist the Showroom Manager to ensure that sales targets are reached and all staff provide a high level of customer service and care at all times. To ensure that stock levels are maintained and customer orders are placed in a timely manner and managed throughout. Deputise for the Manager in their absence.
Job responsibilities:
• Maximise all sales opportunities for the showroom.
• To provide efficient and professional customer service at all times and to maintain a customer friendly environment.
• Support the Showroom Manager with recruitment, management, motivation and training of the sales team so that a high level of sales and customer service is maintained.
• To work with the Showroom Manager to help compile staff rotas so that there is adequate cover at all times.
• To liaise with Workroom Manager and other members of the JF team so that customer orders can be completed in a timely manner, advising customers of any delays.
• Ensure that the premises are opened on time ready for business and closed securely at the end of the day.
• Ensure good communications with team members & customers at all times.
• Ensure systems & procedures are adhered to e.g. banking, end of day etc.
• Support all team members to help maintain an in-depth product knowledge on all design options, fabrics designs etc to be then able to advise customers on their needs, to then be able to maximise every sales opportunity.
• To ensure all quantities of fabric are cut correctly and calculated.
• Efficiently and effectively fulfil customer showroom and online customer orders.
• To ensure that customer payments are made on time and accurately recorded and securely processed.
• To ensure stock is accurately controlled with the minimum waste as possible.
• Assist in managing customer complaints to resolution.
• To ensure any appointments booked for quotes/fittings and deliveries are placed accurately, maintaining contact with customer as required.
• To help ensure store is maintained correctly and clean at all times.
• To observe company health and safety policy at all times.
• To carry out any other duties, which may reasonably be required from time to time.
• To cover, as required, staffing in other Just Fabrics locations.

Part Time Sales Advisor - Burford
Temporary Position (Maternity Cover)
Job Summary:
To be an active, enthusiastic and valued member of the Showroom team providing a high level of customer service at all times and enabling sales targets to be reached. This role is for 16 hours per week to be worked over 2 separate days between Mon-Sat. Please note that successful candidates will be required to be flexible and must be available to work weekends on a rota basis.
Job responsibilities:
• Maximise, with the support of your Manager/Assistant Manager, all sales opportunities for the showroom.
• To provide efficient and professional customer service at all times and to contribute towards maintaining a customer friendly environment.
• Carry out responsibilities /duties to the highest possible standard at all times.
• Support your immediate team and other members of the JF family so that customer orders can be completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure good communications with team members & customers at all times advising customers of any delays or problems with their orders.
• Ensure systems & procedures are adhered to in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain an in-depth product knowledge on all design options, fabrics designs including new ranges and products etc to be then able to help customers with their needs.
• To ensure all quantities of fabric are cut correctly and calculated and ensure stock is accurately controlled with the minimum waste as possible.
