Delivery and returns

We offer Free UK Delivery over £125, under this threshold, you will be charged £4.99 for UK Delivery.

Returns for sewing machines are only accepted if the box is unopened and the machine is unused. If the packaging has been opened, the machine will be considered used, and we regret that returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the item is faulty.

It is your responsibility to fully check and unpack your machine within 7 days of receiving it. Any issues, including faults or missing items, must be reported in writing to orders@justfabrics.co.uk within this timeframe.

Please ensure you retain the original box and all packaging materials, as these are required for warranty purposes and any potential returns.
