Sandbank Stripe is a beautifully woven cotton-rich fabric that combines timeless design with everyday practicality. Featuring finely detailed stripes in a range of natural tones, this fabric brings subtle pattern and texture to any space - from coastal-inspired homes and country cottages to modern interiors.
Its medium-weight composition offers the perfect balance of drape and structure, making it a reliable choice for curtains, blinds and decorative accents. Thanks to its extra wide, railroaded design, Sandbank Stripe allows for wide, seamless panels and is especially efficient for made-to-measure projects. Although the stripes run across the roll, the fabric is designed to look perfectly natural when used vertically, offering flexibility without compromise.
Part of our Harbour Wide Collection, it pairs effortlessly with Portside Stripe and Harbour Weave for a calm, considered look across your home.
The stripe can run vertically or horizontally, for a vertical stripe you turn the fabric on it's side and run the fabric. The maximum drop could be 280cm excluding turnings, you would then be able to create curtains with no joins. For more information please read through the What is Railroaded Fabrics article.

Here at Just Fabrics we take great effort to ensure the products we sell are represented as accurately as possible on screen through multiple images and text. However, colours on screens can vary, so on certain items we offer a sampling service which we advise all customers to use prior to placing an order.
Velvets, PVC, FR, double width and heavier upholstery fabrics are sent rolled and therefore must be sent via courier, incurring the higher delivery charge.
Fabrics & Made to Measure are cut to your bespoke order requirements and are non-returnable unless faulty.
