Strike a match and think of the simple pleasures of the outdoors or the quiet cosiness of a log fire indoors. Matchsticks is an easy-going yet distinctive design, with rows of irregular ‘sticks’ stretching horizontally across the fabric, their dotted tips subtly echoing the look of a struck match. The striped motif feels playful but considered, adding rhythm and movement without overwhelming a scheme.
Woven with a boucle-style twisted yarn, the surface has a softly textured, tactile quality that brings added depth to the pattern. Part of the Oakham Weaves collection by Scion, this fabric is made from 100% recycled polyester, offering both durability and a more thoughtful material choice. It lends itself beautifully to flowing curtains, relaxed Roman blinds and layered cushions, while also having the substance for upholstery projects such as accent chairs, window seats or footstools, where its texture and horizontal design can truly shine.

Here at Just Fabrics we take great effort to ensure the products we sell are represented as accurately as possible on screen through multiple images and text. However, colours on screens can vary, so on certain items we offer a sampling service which we advise all customers to use prior to placing an order.
Velvets, PVC, FR, double width and heavier upholstery fabrics are sent rolled and therefore must be sent via courier, incurring the higher delivery charge.
Fabrics & Made to Measure are cut to your bespoke order requirements and are non-returnable unless faulty.
