Highbury Stripe is a beautifully woven, cotton-rich fabric featuring a classic narrow stripe design. With its soft texture and relaxed palette, this striped fabric is perfect for adding subtle pattern and gentle structure to a variety of interior styles, from country cottages to more contemporary, understated spaces.
This extra wide fabric measures 280cm and is railroaded, meaning the stripes run across the width of the roll.
Its medium-weight handle provides a soft drape that works especially well for blinds, full-length curtains, and cushions. Made from a blend of cotton and polyester, Highbury Stripe is machine washable, combining natural texture with easy-care practicality.
The stripe can run vertically or horizontally, for a vertical stripe you turn the fabric on it's side and run the fabric. The maximum drop could be 280cm excluding turnings, you would then be able to create curtains with no joins. For more information please read through the What is Railroaded Fabrics article.
