We take great effort to ensure the products we sell are represented as accurately as possible on screen through multiple images and descriptive text. However, colours on screens can vary, so on certain items we offer a sampling service.
Please do call our customer helpline on 0845... prior to purchasing so we can advise you in any way to try and help with your decision making. Where possible we do offer returns on some items so if you’re not completely happy we can refund or exchange items. However, on cut products and made to measure items unfortunately this isn’t possible.

Returning Fabric and any other cut products
Returns cannot be accepted for fabrics or any other cut products eg heading tapes and buckram (unless faulty), therefore we strongly advise that you use our sampling service before purchasing fabric so that you can be sure that the fabric is the correct shade.
Made to measure curtains, blinds and cushions
These are bespoke items made specifically to your requirements and are therefore non-returnable.
Clearance ex display curtains and blinds are also non-returnable
Made to measure upholstered Voyage Maison Footstools and Headboards
As these items will be made specifically to your requirements these items are non-returnable.
If you are not delighted with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and unused, in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 10 days.
Home accessories - cushions, throws, doorstops, draught excluders, pinboards, aprons and bags
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for an exchange, credit note or refund.
Ready made curtains, Bedlinen and rugs
If not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt for an exchange, credit note or refund.
Poles, tracks and tiebacks
These can be returned within 10 days and in their original packaging, for an exchange or a credit note.
These goods are non-returnable – this does not affect your statutory rights.
These are non-refundable.
We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred we will exchange the item or issue a credit note.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 10 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
- If you exchange a product the delivery cost of sending the new product is chargeable.
