We take great effort to ensure the products we sell are represented as accurately as possible on screen through multiple images and descriptive text. However, colours on screens can vary, so on certain items we offer a sampling service which we advise all customers to use prior to placing an order.

Please do call our customer helpline or chat to us via live chat prior to purchasing, so we can advise you in any way to try and help with your decision making. Where possible we do offer returns on some items so if you’re not completely happy we can refund or exchange items. However, on cut fabrics and made to measure items unfortunately this isn’t possible.

Returning Fabric and any other Cut Products

Returns cannot be accepted for fabrics or any other cut products eg heading tapes and buckram (unless faulty) as they have been cut to order, therefore we strongly advise that you use our sampling service before purchasing fabric so that you can be sure that the fabric is the correct shade.

Made to Measure Curtains, Blinds, Cushions and any other Bespoke Soft Furnishings

These are bespoke items made specifically to your measurements & requirements and are therefore non-returnable.


Furniture cannot be returned or refunded.

Cushions, Throws & Other Home Accessories

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Once received we will refund the item price (excluding any original postage charges). The customer is responsible for the return postage costs and we strongly advise using a reputable courier with insurance as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure it reaches us in its original condition.

Ready-Made Curtains

If not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Bedding & Rugs

If not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Poles, Tracks & Tiebacks

These can be returned within 14 days and in their original packaging, for an exchange or a credit note, however as they are ordered in specifically they are not eligible for a refund. Made to measure tracks and poles can not be returned.

Ex-Display & Clearance Curtains and Blinds

These goods are non-returnable – this does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Vouchers

These are non-refundable.


We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred we will exchange the item or issue a credit note.

Please note:

  1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is made.
  5. If you exchange a product the delivery cost of sending the new product is chargeable.
