Once you have chosen the curtain fabric for you, head to our curtain lining page and select either of the linings you want. The Thermal Lining is an excellent choice for living rooms and bedrooms and is designed to keep the heat in, to keep your energy bills down. Our Deluxe Poly Cotton lining would also be a perfect choice for every room, creating a lovely finish and is also a heavier weight lining so adds additional fullness.
After you have chosen your lining, review your order on the basket page and you will see the discount applied. If you are based in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) you will see your free lining offer.
PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST ADD THE FREE LINING TO YOUR BASKET, IT WON'T HAPPEN AUTOMATICALLY. THE COST OF SENDING FREE LINING WHICH HASN'T BEEN ADDED TO YOUR BASKET SEPERATELY AT A LATER STAGE WILL BE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY.

What is Lining Fabric For Curtains?
Curtain lining is a wonderful choice when finishing of your curtains and blinds which will add an elegant drape and fuller finish to your room. Each of our linings are also tailored to every room with a range of properties. Depending on what you are wanting, we have you covered with either of the versatile linings on offer. Each of them will help add shape to your curtains and blinds as well as protect the front facing fabric from UV rays.
Why do my Curtains and Blinds need Lining?
There are many benefits to adding lining to your curtains and blinds. Most importantly, they will protect them from UV rays and reduce your fabric fading, ensuring value for money and longevity. Lining is also an excellent way to increase privacy and add structure and shape to curtains.
However, it is important to note that not every curtain will need lining as depending on your fabric choice, you may not need it. If you have opted for a heavyweight fabric such as wool, your curtains will have a firm structure and may not need the extra volume. Sheers and voiles also do not need lining as they naturally let the light in and have a graceful drape.
What is Thermal Lining?

This lining is designed to keep out draughts from window and ensure the heat remains in your rooms. They are a wonderful choice for bay windows, bedrooms and living rooms and can be used throughout the year, especially during the Autumn and Winter months.
