Karima is a striking heavyweight upholstery fabric with a soft, tactile chenille ground that enhances its depth and texture. The tribal-inspired design features geometric diamond motifs, zigzag edging, and layered shapes are woven in richly contrasting tones.
Woven from a robust cotton and polyester blend with a substantial 575gsm weight and a 20,000 rub test, Karima is well suited to everyday upholstery projects. Use it to reupholster a statement chair, or add colour and pattern to a footstool or bench seat. Its textured weave and global aesthetic make it perfect for rustic, eclectic, or boho-inspired interiors.
Please note this fabric has a usable width of 120cm if joining multiple widths together as you need to step in slightly to get the pattern to match.
