To ensure you get the look you want, it is helpful to know the difference between the fabrics: a PVC tablecloth is a plastic (polyvinyl chloride) fabric, while oilcloth tablecloths are printed cotton fabrics that have a vinyl plastic coating and have a bit more movement to them. Acrylic tablecloths are cotton, linen or polycotton fabrics coated with acrylic, and while still durable, give an extremely natural feel.
